A well-executed picture and an improvement on your previous one. The colour scheme is quite harmonious and even the intense reds are so well placed, that they do not stick out badly.Some parts of the rendering on the figure are quite good and remind me of old sci-fi book and movie poster illustrations, a retro feel which I find to my liking.
I would prefer a less smooth rendering of the face to go with the rendering of the hands. Maybe it is a matter of taste but I feel that some clear distinction between colours and the planes of the face would make the image more dynamic and enhance the old-school feeling. However, this may be me.
